My stay at the Palms Suites had some ups and downs. I loved the spacious room and fantastic views, but there were notable cleanliness issues and maintenance problems. Also, the waiting time during check-in was frustrating, which took away from the experience. Despite these drawbacks, the staff showed some hospitality that made my stay a bit brighter.
